Cooee Lodge Retirement Village is located in a beautiful rural setting in close proximity to the CBD and Hospital The Village offers a range of affordable accommodation types to cater for the elderly including:

• 40 bed Hostel
• 10 bed Special Care (Dementia) Wing
• Community Aged Care Packages

Cooee Lodge Hostel
Hostel Residents receive assistance and support with their day-to-day needs, whilst still maintaining their independence. The design of the residential care building creates a safe environment for residents.
The Hostel has 40 single units, with provision for married couples. Each room has individually controlled reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuite, ample wardrobe, drawer and bench space and an outside door leading to a private patio.
Residents are supported by 24 hour, on duty, personal care staff; with cleaning and laundry services tailored to residents needs. Home style cooked meals are enjoyed in a spacious and airy dining room in the company of other residents.
Entertainment and social activities are arranged within the Village by cheerful recreational officers. Residents can participate as much or as little as they please.

Cooee Lodge Special Care (Dementia) Wing
The Special Care Wing was purpose built in 2007 and provides assistance with daily living activities, nursing care and support with health, physical and social needs for those residents suffering from dementia.
