Objective

To provide financially sustainable employment for persons with developmental disability.

  • Continue to provide employment and work-related training for persons with developmental disabilities (both intellectual and physical) and/or acquired brain injury
  • Comply with principles and objectives of the Commonwealth Disability Services Act
  • Operate a viable small business or range of business activities
  • Maintain a zero rate of serious accidents in the workplace

Carlginda Enterprises provides supported employment for persons with disabilities. In addition to managing the Gilgandra Waste Facility and recycling collection, Carlginda Enterprises also manufacture wooden products for resale.
